A bit about me...

Before becoming a coach, I was blessed by over 30 years of experience as a technologist, senior miltary leader, corporate executive, management consultant, executive leadership coach, and entrepreneur.  My ability to be "multi-lingual" and bridge between technical, operational and executive roles makes me very effective with leaders at the same transition point in their career.  

In my 15 years and over 2,500 hours of coaching and working with executive leaders at the blue-chip firms featured below and many more, I've gained experience that helps me empathize with the business and leadership challenges that my executive clients are facing. 

My goal has always been to assist those executives in developing the clarity, beliefs, knowledge, and skills they need to achieve their strategic objectives while developing their organizations to be best places to work.

I'm an active member of the North Texas Chapter of the  International Coaching Federation.  I served four years on their Board of Directors, including one year as Chapter President.
