I'm Jim Cooper

After leaving the military and corporate world (30 years of success in leadership with the US Air Force and rising to an executive level within Hewlett-Packard), I launched a successful consulting business and executive coaching practice. I have over 15 years as a certified ICF coach (PCC), with a strong client list and over 2,500 hours of experience. I am a proud member and past president of ICF North Texas. I am on track to receive my MCC in 2024.

In April 2024, I will launch the first course in a continuing series of Coach Continuing Education (CCE) programs which will focus on developing both a solid program for advanced (MCC track) coaching and a supportive community of like-minded coaches.
